ANALISIS KETIDAKSANTUNAN BERBAHASA PADA UNGGAHAN DALAM GRUP DARING JUAL-BELI DI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

This study expects impoliteness on uploads in a group of selling and buying in Tanjungpinang City. The study is conducted to see the impoliteness on uploads using impoliteness theory of Jonathan Culpeper. This study aims to describe impoliteness strategies and factors that influence the impoliteness. Observation by recording and tapping collects the data. The determinant is the intuition of researchers as Indonesian speakers. Data analysis uses a pragmatic equivalent by pragmatic sorting technique and distributional method by direct elements deviding techniques. The results shows that there are three impoliteness strategies found, namely positive impoliteness, negative impoliteness, and pseudo politeness. Impoliteness occurs because of the following factors: expressing anger, fury, or resentment; provoking speech partner reactions; and humiliating or demeaning.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini menduga adanya ketidaksantunan pada unggahan dalam grup daring jual-beli di Kota Tanjungpinang. Penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat ketidaksantunan dalam unggahan dengan menggunakan teori ketidaksantunan Jonathan Culpeper. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan strategi-strategi ketidaksantunan dan faktor yang memengaruhi ketidaksantunan tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode simak dengan teknik catat dan sadap. Alat penentunya adalah intuisi peneliti sebagai penutur jati bahasa Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan metode padan pragmatis dengan teknik daya pilah pragmatis dan metode agih dengan teknik bagi unsur langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga strategi ketidaksantunan yang ditemukan, yaitu ketidaksantunan positif, ketidaksantunan negatif, dan kesantunan semu. Ketidaksantunan terjadi karena didorong oleh faktor-faktor berikut: mengungkapkan kemarahan, kegeraman, atau kekesalan; memancing reaksi mitra tutur; dan mempermalukan atau merendahkan.
